BF VHS Vapor Machine Ableton Live Pack

VHS Vapor Machine is an Ableton Live Instrument capable of transporting you to a world of nostalgia and hazy memories spent dreaming of the future.

Created by sampling 20 glorious sounds of the Dreadbox Typhon analog synthesizer to VHS tape, then resampling them back to VHS tape for a second generation of VCR love, and finally applying Sinevibes Luminance shimmer reverb to the second generation samples and resampling them back onto VHS tape for a 3rd trip onto VHS. All of those samples are built into the BF VHS Vapor Machine Instrument Rack. It's the most VHS you have ever heard!

The 16 Macro Controls allow you to adjust the contours and filtering of the sound, add rhythmic movements, and create pitch drifting and VHS artifacts, as well as apply a layer of 1 of 3 different VHS noise floors (the 3rd layer is pitch-shifted by the incoming MIDI Notes).

The Preset Selector Macro cycles through 60 different synth presets.

1-20 are the 1st generation of VHS samples.

21-40 are the 2nd generation of VHS samples.

41-60 are the 3rd generation of VHS samples dressed in Sinevibes Luminance shimmer reverb plug-in.
