I have no idea. I'm sure they'd want to, but I understand programming apps to Android to be much more complicated. I think a lot of it has to do with how many Android devices exist, while there are a handful of Apple ones to consider. But all of this is coming from a guy who has never tried to program anything ever!

I would assume since the iPhone voice memos record in mono, everything is in mono…? I know only way to get stereo is audio from video.

The samples I recorded in Note were stereo 48k 32-bit!
